What is the mileage And is it better than honda neo

Hi sir,
The claimed mileage of the Hero Passion pro i3S is 84 kmpl. However, the real world fuel efficiency should by around 70-75 kmpl. Also, the Hero Passion Pro i3S gets more features and has a better build quality. Although, the Honda Neo is priced slightly lower.
