I am planning for Diesel Compact Sedan for daily commute budget around 9 LK ( daily run 60 KM approx in ( 20 KM run in Pune IT park)) My main criteria is as below: 1) Strong build quality ( not in terms of Indian standard only) 2) Atleast 2 Airbag and ABS ( no compromise on this) and good suspension set up for highway and rural road. 3) Good driver visibility ( my wife will drive half of the time ( her height 5:01 ft) 4) Decent music system and engine power + comfort for 3 people at back seat for 500 KM in a day. 5)planning to keep 5+ year ( 100000 KM) 6) Service affordability (Maintenance) 7)Monthly run around 1500+ KM ( 80 % City traffic and 20% Highway run ( my home town visit) Shortlisted car’s : 1) Figo Aspire TDCi ( Main reason : Engine power + Safty) ( Titanium / Titanium +) ( slightly less spacious VS Zest) 2) TATA ZEST QJD : ( Safty + 1.3 fiat engine + decent Music system + 3 passenger comfort at back) ( XT / XMS) 3) Dzire DDIS ( looks thin build quality but overall good package average music system + back seat comfort) 4) VW Ameo Diesel ( looks + feels rock solid + but heard lot of scary stories from friends and owners about polo and vento’s very stiff maintenance) limited dealership in rural Maharashtra Not considered Amaze ( pathetic response from dealer and not convinced the overall package for 9.75 LK and Xcent ( unimpressive diesel engine + nervous handling on highway in test drive) Which will be good car for me if we consider above criteria?
