Hi Team, I bought Ameo Diesel= Auto (DSG) in January,2017. There had been some issues in the car since I bought it, most issues are resolved, except one. The existing issue is the key and area around ignition gets hot after running the car for some kilometers. The problem is there is one part just below ignition key hole, which is associated with clutch functioning of DSG, that part becomes hot, the temperature measured by dealer is 44.7 degress celcius. Me and dealer are asking for help on the issue with VW company, but VW claims that it is a normal thing to become that part hot. The VW team claims that nothing wrong in it. My concern is what if something goes wrong while I am driving the car, if some wires become hot and it catches fire, then who would be responsible for this? And this issue is with DSG vehicles only, since it is associated with clutch of DSG. Request you to please guide me in this case. Thanks, Vaibhav. +91 9657986496
