Advice on buying new 150 cc segment bike 2018

Hi, I am a first time buyer. I am planning to buy a bike in 150 cc segment.
I want to use my bike for city commuting of 10-15 km daily with occasional long rides on weekends.
I have gone through lots of online reviews. I am not much of a biker and probably wouldn’t even notice the slight nitty-gritties most reviewers point to.
I am more interested in decent performance, good looks and good resale value.

I am confused between 4 bikes:

  1. Honda Hornet 160R
Pro: Probably the best looking of 4, Con: Not sure about the performance

  2. Yamaha FZ-S Fi v2.0
Pro: Quite stylish and dependable since last 10 years, Con: Less power than all others

  3. Suzuki Gixxer
Pro: Lots of positive reviews, Con: Not sure about after sale service and resale value. Also, Hornet and FZ are better in looks

  4. Bajaj Pulsar NS 160
Pro: Highly popular Pulsar brand and lots of Pulsar fans around, Con: Probably the least stylish of 4. Not seen on the road anywhere as commonly as the standard Pulsar 150 and 180.

U can see new superbike is on market with 150 cc …Yamaha r 15 v3 …beast
