Whats all difference in grand I10 spotrz petrol and grand I10 Spotrz option petrol which should I prefer.

The difference essentially is in features and the (O) pack gets more like Turn Indicators On ORVM, Rear Parking Camera, Navigation. If you think that those features are something you want to have only then spend the extra cash on it, else stick to Sportz variant.
