The 2019 Honda City ZX CVT model has vibrations on the accelerator pedal, brake pedal, doors and on the car floor. Further, the driver seat when selected to fully up position, gets lowered by one notch after one day of drive. These are the design problems and needs to be rectified by the HCIL. The complaint was lodged with the service center and HCIL but no satisfactory solutions were given. However, the driver seat was replaced since it is in warranty, but the problem of not holding fully up position in new seat persist.
The problem of vibration exist in Honda Civic also.
The exposure to vibrations can cause medical problems which may affect the nervous system and also increase the fatigue level during long distance drive, which may cause accidents.
HCIL is very unprofessional in their approach and does not want to address the above mentioned problems in their Cars.
