220 offers more performance than AS… IF NS was availaible… it would be the perfect choice

If you could slightly stretch your budget to above Rs. 1 lakh, you can also look at the TVS Apache RTR 200 4V. It is a good motorcycle and has good performance along with good looks as well. Also, if you could wait a little longer, Bajaj will soon launch the Pulsar NS 200 in the country. Again it will be a little over Rs. 1 lakh. The Pulsar 220 is an old model and we would suggest you go in for newer models.
From what we know, Bajaj has temporarily suspended the production of Pulsar AS 150 and Pulsar AS 200.
