I bought a pulsar 150 neon abs on 10/7/2019. Registration done on 17/7/2019. Noticed oil leakage from chassis (head) on 26/7/2019. Gave it back to the showroom. Can I demand a new bike? The service manager agreed it's manufacturing defect but is unwilling to replace it a new bike. Instead he is insisting to replace the head unit with a new one. What should I do?
